The name Guero is near and dear to Dave Phinney's heart. It was the name given to him at his first harvest, where he was the only white guy on an all Mexican crew. Working with that crew is one of Dave's fondest memories. Only 300 cases of this ultra rare 128 proof 14 Yr Whiskey. It is made from 99% Corn and 1% Malted Barley. It is rich and dense with toasty oak, vanilla bean and backed apple. Velvety smooth and packed with a long finish.
